My Day-of Coordination package is designed to step in toward the final stretch, take your plans, and bring everything together on the big day. From coordinating vendors and managing the timeline to setup, decorating, and all the little details in between, I’ll take care of what’s happening behind the scenes so you can focus on being fully present for your day.

I’ll communicate with your vendors leading up to the wedding and coordinate with them throughout the day to keep everything running smoothly.
Setup, Decorating, Teardown
Once the venue opens, I’ll help set up your décor and bring all the little details together just as you envisioned. At the end of the night, I’ll help take everything down and pack up personal items so you don’t have to worry about what still needs to be done.
Partial Planning

My Partial Planning package is designed for couples who have a vision for their wedding but want a little more guidance along the way. From staying on top of your to-do list and creating your wedding mood board to working through your venue layout and planning the details, I'll be there throughout the process to help you feel organized, confident, and excited for your day.

Let’s walk through your venue together! We’ll talk through the layout, where everything will go, setup and decorating, ceremony and reception logistics, and anything else we need to plan ahead of time so there are fewer surprises on the big day.
Wedding Design & Decor Guide
Have a million décor ideas but aren’t sure how they’ll all come together? I’ll help you pull everything together so your vision feels cohesive from start to finish.
Day of Assistant
You’ll have an extra set of hands on your wedding day to help with setup, decorating, personal items, guest needs, and all the little details that come up throughout the day.

Add On Services
No two weddings are exactly alike, and your package shouldn’t be either.
While both of my packages include everything you may need to feel supported on your wedding day, I know that sometimes you might need a little something extra. That’s where my add-on services come in! Whether you need an additional venue visit, an extra set of hands, more on-site coordination time, or help with your entire wedding weekend, you can customize your package to fit exactly what you need.
Pick and choose the add-ons that make the most sense for your wedding, and leave the rest to me.
Travel Fee — $1/mile
Applies to events located more than 25 miles from my office in West Linn, OR.
Overnight Fee — $250/night
Applies to events located more than 90 miles from my office in West Linn, OR.
Additional On-Site Hours — $50/hour
Need a little extra time on your wedding day? Additional on-site coordination can be added as needed.
Additional Venue Visit — $50
Need another walkthrough before the big day? You can add additional venue visits to your package.
Day-of Assistant — $200

Wedding Event Coordination — starting at $100
